All orders must be placed through our website or by contacting us directly there is a 72 hour turnaround.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
2. Pricing & Payment
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Full payment is required at checkout unless otherwise stated.
We use secure third-party processors; we do not store card information.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before pickup and a partial refund will be issued
Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, all sales are final once delivered or picked up.
Refunds are not provided for missed pickup times.
4. Allergies & Dietary Info
Our products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens.
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information.
We are not liable for allergic reactions.
5. Pickup
Customers must arrive on time for scheduled pickups.
We are not responsible for items once in customers possession.
6. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website or interfere with its functionality.
All content (logos, photos, text) is owned by Bake My Day Bakery and may not be copied without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bake My Day Bakery is not responsible for damages resulting from:
Late pickups
Customer handling of products after pickup or delivery
Website errors or downtime
